About Me

Hi! My name is Chloe Scroggins, the owner and designer behind Handmade by Chloe. I am a recent graduate from Southern Illinois University with a degree in agricultural systems technology management while on the softball team there. I also just finished up my time in a "bonus year" with the University of Illinois Springfield softball team. I have been into different creative activities and crafting my whole life but started my sewing journey three years ago. Since then, I have been creating all sorts of items as a creative outlet and to gift to others. Creating for others truly brings me so much joy. 

 

I can create anything from custom accessories to fun, practical items and lots in between. My Instagram and Pinterest accounts show a collection of things I have created so far on this journey. I strive to provide the best possible quality and attention to detail with everything I create.
