General Information
All items are upcycled with hand-me-down, thrift, clearance, or donated material. So, all items are one of a kind but patterns (such as tote bag, or Kindle case, etc.) can be usually be recreated with different material!
Pricing Policy
Pricing varies product to product and is determined by time invested, detailing, and cost of materials. Quilting, patching, and extra details take a good amount of time so price increases with additional detailing. I promise I strive to give the most fair price!
Order Time
Order fulfillment time varies on how busy my schedule is with work and order load. Orders will be completed as quickly as possible; likely within a couple of weeks. Contact with additional questions.
Quality
I invest as much time as needed to provide the highest quality possible. You can always reach out if you have any concerns or issues with items.
Shipping Information
Orders ship to you through USPS with tracking numbers provided to each customer. Shipping rates are calculated based on item weight and size. Please contact me if packages are lost in the USPS system- we will fill out a lost package claim and try to resolve the issue. Handmade by Chloe is not responsible for items lost within the USPS system after I have delivered them to the Post Office, but I will do everything I can to make it right again.
